1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Bionic Systems One ("BSO," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Scope and Limitations

BSO provides proprietary AI automation modules and custom solutions. The exact scope of service, deliverables, and guarantees are defined within a separate, mutually agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract for each client project.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, the website, and all proprietary BSO technology, including the BS1 Logic Core and Project Hyron AGI Kernel, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Bionic Systems One. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to data/systems required for BSO to implement the contracted AI solution. BSO is not responsible for losses incurred due to inaccurate data provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bionic Systems One, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Bionic Systems One is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
